To remove your user account, navigate to the Profile section and choose Delete account.
This action will launch your email app, preloading a template message addressed to the Quick9 support team to request account deletion.
Our team will reach out to you for confirmation, ensuring this is a decision you want to proceed with. Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted, and your Quick9 data will be anonymised.
