Enabling push notifications – Quick9

In Quick9, in-app notifications are always active, whereas the availability of native push notifications can be toggled on or off.

Currently, Quick9 does not support selective notification preferences, meaning users cannot specify which types of notifications they wish to receive.

To activate push notifications:

Go to the Profile section and locate the Notifications toggle. Turn it on if it's not already.

A reminder will appear, prompting you to enable push notifications within your device's Settings for complete activation.

Choosing Continue will direct you to your device's Settings page for Quick9, where you can enable push notifications, or opting for Cancel will bring you back to the Profile section without changing your push notification settings.
