The app displays notification badges on your device's home screen and the app's Notification icon, indicating the total number of unread notifications. Note - if you have a group filter applied (see Group filtering and navigation) then the notification count badge will show the number of unread messages for the filtered group only.
To decrease the unread count, simply select an unread notification within the Quick9 app.
For those looking to quickly clear all unread notifications, tap the Mark all as read option located at the top of the Notifications section.
